Fertoz forest carbon projects use existing methodologies to quantify, monitor, report and verify greenhouse gas emission reductions through Forestry Management Protocols. Soil samples and satellite imagery will confirm the carbon sequestration ability of the replanted areas over multiple years. Carbon consultants, a verifier, and an observing agronomist will be recruited throughout each process to ensure full transparency.

Commitment and focus will be on sustainable forestry management practices including long term forest growth that mitigates tree harvest, increased tree plantation densities and soil beneficiation through use of natural and organic fertility options.

Forestry projects and plans are in place for Canada, U.S.A, Mexico, and South America. Fertoz uses efficient drone technology to seed native trees, grasses, and shrubs. Fertilizer is also drone applied at site specific rates to ensure sustainable soil conditions.
